1. How to get a quotation ?

Quotation can be provided after receiving your drawings or samples.

2. Are there any requirements for the format of the drawings ?

In order to facilitate communication, we use most of the common design software, such as CAD, Pro/E, Solidworks, etc. We can open and read without problem if your drawings can be in the following format: dwg, dxf, pdf, JPG, stp, igs, png, gif, bmp, wmf, emf, svg, dwf, eps, sat, etc.

3. How many days does it take for your quotation and delivery ?

Quotation takes maximum 12 hours upon receipt of your drawing or sample. Delivery date shall be advised according to our order evaluation in consideration with your order quantity, work complexity level when we quote price, normally it can be ranging from 15 to 20 days. In urgent delivery cases, we can charge extra charges and delivery date shall be discussed case by case.

4. What is your MOQ (Minimum Ordering Quantity) ?

IBEE specializes in small volume non-standard customization manufacturing, we accept even one piece as order quantity as long as it is an order mutually confirmed with detailed requirement and price

5. What is your payment term ?

30% deposit is required when the order is confirmed, and the balance shall be paid before delivery.

6. Before making an order, can we confirm the sample first ?

IBEE can produce samples according to customer's requirements, but the sample fees shall be borne by customer.

7. How can I track my order ?

We will keep you updated by sending to you pictures or videos for the production process.

8. If we find the product to be defective after receiving the product, how to deal with it ?

IBEE applies a very strict quality management system and conduct 100% inspection before delivery to ensure the product is fully in line with the requirements of the drawings. However we will take full responsibility if there is any problem which is confirmed to be from IBEE.

9. Can we visit your company ?

You are always welcome to visit us when you are free. IBEE is located in Dongguan city with very convenient transportation connection, which is about 1.5 hours from Guangzhou airport or Shenzhen airport, and 2.5 hours from Hongkong airport by car.
